This north facing extenstion to an existing residence includes a new swimming pool and outdoor kitchen, dining and lounge area. Sliding doors to the lounge area make it usable in all weather conditions. There is a spa to the higher level with a glass edge and waterfall into the main pool. Large timber concealed cupboards provide storage to the rear of lounge area.
